 This kit comes with 8 oz's of the Boss's turkey gobbler brine, 8 oz's of our 12 Finger dry rub, and our award winning Candy Apple Shine. 
 Apply the brine, soak your turkey for 24 hrs., rinse and dry, apply the dry rub, and start your cook, spritzing the Candy Apple along the way.  We suggest 1 8oz pack for every 10lbs of turkey.  Single packs are available for multiple turkies.
